Intent

Organize a dense urban district as a spherical field rather than a rectilinear block. rings carry circulation, program, and landscape while the center remains legible as a shared core.

System

The plan uses repeated radial chords, traffic circles, elevated terraces, and mixed-use nodes. each band can be read as a layer: civic core, transit, residential, commercial, and perimeter access.

Use

The pattern is meant for district-scale study, fast comparison of circulation options, and early public-space diagrams before engineering detail.
